So got mine today. In the little playing with pretty cool and some nice engraves. HOWEVER why use such crappy useless software ??? Make this thing Lightburn compatible PLEASE. Bet you'd sell a lot more. The software alone makes you want to return it.. Are they any videos on how to use the software ??? Doing just the text word GRAMMIE was a nightmare and a pain in the butt. PLEASE LIGHTBURN COMPATIBLE !! Oh and why can't the software properly read SVG files. ????????????
