Beautiful clarinet playing. The clarinet is a very soulful instrument.
Growing up listening and dancing to this music was fun. It's Jewish "Soul Music".
Extraordinarily powerful. As a Catholic priest from the US, I was shocked at the tears that poured from my eyes listening to this outstanding rendition of klezmir - truly a music of the soul, of the heart. I had to smile at the playfully clever inclusion of "Chosen Kale Mazel Tov" at the very end. But, I was also impressed by the smiles of admiration of the kids playing in the orchestra. It's great to have this cultural treasure passed on to them. Bravìssimo, Chaver!!!

I remember the music played by my friends parents family on Shabbat eve , as I was 9 to 14 years old in French Elsass in the years 1955/60 ,me as catholic ,listening to the grand-mothers survivals from the Holocaust, who named me Markele, as my forename is Marc-

Very much like Bosnian sevdah except that in Sevdah Bosnian play the flute instead of clarinet.

Most of klezmer was taken from eastern Europe mainly Serbian and Romania this is our heritage not Jewish sorry stevic not semitic
Mainly Serbian Romania and Bulgarian who by the way are the best clarinet players in the world just Google them
@@mikepadurjan2642 lies , this music is Jewish hasidic dance music combined with turkish, Ukrainian greek and only little with romanian musical performances, klezmer is really different than other slavic music when you get to hear it a lot, klezmer is claimed only be jews as traditional music, and of course it's not Semitic, it has only semitic elements, how can it be originally Jewish if jews lived in Europe for more than1000 years ?
@@mikepadurjan2642 if you Google the music, it says: Romanian, Turkish, greek, Ukrainian and Moldovian, klezmer was not taken from Eastern Europe but was combined with slavic and Mediterranean music, the slavic music sounds like circus music
