I haven’t listened to this yet but do want to warn folks that even though most people are very happy with their knee replacements I had one over 2 years ago and it’s not gone well at all. A replacement had not even been on my radar even though it was grade 4 but the surgeon thought it might help clear up a symptom from my broken femur. The knee I have now I would be thinking of getting replaced. Even if your friends have all had great results know there’s a possibility that might not be you, don’t go into it lightly.
Hi Dr Doug , Interesting video thump bone on bone pro or the marrow recommended for something like that? Otherwise surgery may be the other option, Thanks

Ozone injections are good for OA knee ~ umbilical cord injections work also however try finding doc to do this ! Anatara medicine in SF use umbilical cord injections for OA and cartilage issues - I have done it all , and some work better than others , bottom line sugery is NOT the answer!
I'm not trying to sound super critical, but sometimes in your videos you don't really introduce the concepts of what you're talking about, such as PRP. I know from reading and I'm also a nurse that platelet rich plasma and it has certain actions in the body and joints, but you didn't explain that until almost the end of the video so I think for the average person they're kind of in the dark until you get to the end and even then it wasn't really explained for the lay person. I can tell you're very smart doctor and I admire all Physicians but sometimes people need a little more explanation to understand the concepts and why certain things work and other things wouldn't work.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! I really appreciate your perspective, especially with your background in healthcare. You make a great point-I can see how diving into certain topics without fully introducing them could leave some viewers confused. I'll work on giving clearer explanations upfront, especially for those who may not be familiar with the terminology or concepts. My goal is to make the information accessible to everyone, and your feedback helps me get closer to that. Thanks again for sharing!
Remember it takes a long time for your knees to break down, it will take time to rebuild and get better ! But you will get better !!!!!
