"There is no way he is going to break it" never underestimate kids breaking stuff
Really tho when I was a kid I ripped the faucet off the sink
When I was a kid I got over a 5 foot fence in are back yard. Idk how tf I did it in the 30 seconds my mum looked away. I was legit like 4, I couldn't climb over like a single stair step. Like I was fine, no tumble or anything. Just chilling on the grass-
@@paige-wiens this is why all houses should have rubber flooring. I'm talking about at least 3 inches thick water proof cut proof rubber with rubber and round furniture
He’s either breaking the sink or breaking his arms.
fr my dad’s saying growing up has always been “you guys could destroy a 10 lb steel ball with a banana”
"come on. It's a kids play kitchen."
She says while literally giving it a backsplash
My thoughts exactly, im like... so mixing up mortar is too much work but cutting out and attaching a tiled backspalsh with a shelf and rod after disassembling and repainting this entire thing isn't...?
She’s trying to make it look like her actual kitchen so obviously she’d give it a backsplash since she has one
i wish kids could just be kids. i’m glad i grew up in an age where toys looked like toys and not boring and grey
FR
@@abbyz13 yea, it's sad that people are taking all the colour out of things
I mean, I'm only thirteen so I can't give that much input and in not hating on the creator but if I had to live in a house where everything was "asthetically pleasing" I'd go insane.
I'm thirteen and I still love my neons and metallics and glitters and all sort of bright _interesting_ coloured things in my room
if I was a kid in this house id practically be _begging_ for bright toys.
I still have some older toys of mine and they're a little faded from time but alot of them are pinks and blues and yellows ect.
i just think it's sad that all this kid will get is beige and gray and neutrals
My parents got me a little working vaccuum that matched theirs. When my mom vaccuumed I'd vaccuum with her with my mini version, and I remember feeling so grown up and connected to my mom!
And I'm sure this will create the same feeling for her kiddo.☺️
I think my only critique of her play kitchen is that people are so quick to toss out fun colors for style when color is a huge part of enrichment for young kids. I'm sure the toy food that will go in will work just fine though.
At that age I would have rather had less color
When you'd rather the real kitchen match the play kitchen....
…why not? kids aren’t care about the color of their play kitchen 😩
@@drea94 I had one as a kid...I cared. I think I was like four and my parents didn't understand that I hated pink. I handled it by covering it in stickers. No more pink kitchen.
@@genera1013 its for a toddler 😭 i dont think a 2 year old is gonna care if their play kitchen is white
@@marissa7037 Regardless, that doesn't relate to my original comment.
@@genera1013 thats why i replied talking about the pink kitchen… again i dont think a 2 year old will care abt a white kitchen
"C'mon it's a kids play kitchen"
*removes all the color and remodels it so it's an exact replica of their real kitchen*
The mum is geting them something and your not the kid are u?
@@bethanyduncan3080p
@@nancyrodriguez7840 p wha?
man - they just want the kid to feel like they have their actual kitchen 💀 whats wrong with that?
@@floof8655 there’s nothing wrong with it, people just want something to bitch about 😂
It’s cute but I loved the original lavender
Imagine having a real kitchen that color, it’d be so cute
Yeas!!
Same
it’s so much prettier than the boring white and grey. and what kid wants grey more than a pretty lavender?
@@abbyz13 I would have been that kid 😭
I hated purple when I was younger
MAKE YOUR KITCHEN PURPLE
I think it’s quite cute for him to have a kitchen of his own that looks like his parents, I bet he feels like a big kid and it’s quite personal and cute for him to have and play with
Exactly what i was thinking. The video before this had a lot of rude comments saying shes being selfish with the design but I thought she did it for familiarity.
@@caprisun6910 I know kids like being like their parents so her child may actually love this. She did not do it for him though. I saw part one and she blatantly says, “we only have one big playroom…” and so basically she wants it to match. Happy for the kid but sad for him at the same time.
@@desireesmith862 I highly doubt that she would have changed it if her kid genuinely loved the original
@@desireesmith862 I do agree with you but I think what she did was a compromise some people wouldn’t want to do which is completely fine but the awful comments were just unnecessary since it’s her child and her home
I think it would also make the transition from play cooking to real cooking easier. He’ll feel included, and like he’s doing something important.
I like the fact how you kept The lavender on the inside of the cabinets. The colour was so beautiful
I had to get my son the most realistic looking stove because he wanted something that looked exactly like mommy's. He loved pointing out the similarities.
More people in this thread need to read this comment instead of bitching about how much they like purple so obviously her toddler son also loves purple.
Children like to mimic their parents, it’s how they learn…so a kitchen that matches the actual kitchen but for the kids size is genius. The colours aren’t boring, they’re accurate, which adds to the kids level of learning and wanting to interact with the object, as it’s just like their parents use.
The colors are in fact very boring, but the idea is solid and makes sense logically. A white kitchen does the opposite of making someone hungry. It’s not inviting or warm it’s just cold and clean. Nothing interesting about it.
@X Dr I agree. I love neutrals. My home is mostly beige, neutral gray, and green. I use lots of textures and interesting artwork to make it interesting. It's still neutral but never boring. It's very adult and classy and I guess that's not everyone's thing, but I get tons of people asking me how I planned it and complimenting it.
@@IssyEmobrat that’s an opinion based on your own experiences with colour. I was brought up in a White bedroom, with cream accents, which made me associate that colour with the warmth of a home, even if it didn’t look that way to others. It all depends on each person, and the child here would associate those colours with food and mimicking his parents, as the grown up version is the same and they associated that with meals.
Exactly what I said!
@X Dr children tend to have very big imaginations actually
Ik a lot of ppl are saying "it's just a play kitchen, it doesn't have to be fancy" but I would've loved to have something like this when I was younger lol
Your kid: you underestimated my power mother
I liked the lavender a lot but this is nice too.
I think it's really cute that you're giving your kid their own mini version of your kitchen, and it's really sweet that you'd put so much effort into it. ❤❤❤❤
I mean yeah but the purple was cuter 💀
Best Mom EVER!
Thank you! 😭
I don’t see a problem. When I was a kid I wanted the most realistic mini kitchen ever
Everyone’s hating on her for making it look like the real kitchen, when personally when I was a little kid I loved that typa shit. And would’ve loved to have it. Makes it feel more fun to have the realistic stuff, like when you’d get an RC car and the doors actually opened, or a doll house with working lights. I was obsessed with that kinda stuff.
“It’s just a kids play kitchen” you said and you are re decorating it to your own liking
The original was perfect the way it was
I think the kids want to use the actual one although it’s not safe so they did this
when i was younger i would’ve been ECSTATIC to own a play kitchen that looked like the house one. i wanted to be like my parents at that age
😳 Damn, did I see the finished product? I made sure I didn't blink this time
It looks so cute so far!
I think the kid would love the customization more than the purple yall! Cuz its gonna feel like their kitchen is a real kitchen that is a part of the house 🥰 im sure the kid always wanted to cook with mom in the big kitchen, but now they got a mini one.
Its customized to be like a part of the house, which is super cool.
I think we can all agree this is a kid’s dream toy
😂 😂
All this work just for the kids to be excited to use it it for one week, and the excitement wears off. The only thing they being looking at is their tablet😀
I know people are complaining about her caring so much for aesthetic but ngl 5 year old me would have LOVED the fact that it matched the kitchen because I would feel like my mum ❤️
Stop the hate ppl no one cares
❤️ ❤️ Thank you!
Honestly for a little grout It could have used a bit of cocking maybe chose a color. However let it cure for a while until it doesn't smell.
this is so cute. if I went to your house and saw this I'm grabbing all the kids and playing restaurant.
I mean... I would have loved it as a kid 😂 so much cuter than before!
I would have too lol thank you!! ☺️
The built is cute but I definitely preferred the lavender
It’s so creative I really like it it also shows u care for your kids and what to have a clean tidy house ❤❤❤
Thank you so much!
I would love to have this as a kid
Right?!
Super cute
This is so cute I love it!❤️
Thats soooo cute!!!! YOU DID AN AMZING JOB!!!
Omg this is so cute!!!
If i was a little kid with an exact copy of the big kitchen i would never wanna stop playing "chef" or house
The spray paint can just hitting the floor 😅 I can't wait to see the end result!
ITS SO CUTE
I LOVE how it turned out!!!
The transition 😂
Idk about yall but I would've felt so cool having an exact copy of my mom's kitchen lol
Same!!!
I wish I was this crafty!
That's love. Great mum
I love that you made your son a kitchen..some parents think kitchens toys are girly so kudos to you for not getting caught up in the stereotype hype 💯
Ps..it looks really nice from what I can see 💚
I don’t understand why there’s so much hate because as a kid I would love to have a play kitchen match the real kitchen
It just be nice to have extra free time to do these things. 😊
its so cute its matching! loved that lavender though haha
Yall are upset that shes making it match her own kitchen...honestly the kid's not gonna care, he's gonna have fun regardless!! In fact maybe he'll have even more fun since it does match and he can "cook" alongside his parents :]
Love it its like my childhood like slaayy
Thank you so much! 👊
Maybe you could add things like snack s into it similar to those moms that make the kids play kitchen useable
this is amazing!!!
You are amazing and talented. 😮
This is nicer than my actual kitchen 😂😂😂
Kids toys are the way they are for a reason.... the colours stimulate parts of the brain for proper development. Let kids be kids
Kids like to imitate their parents so having a kitchen big enough for them that matches their parents is a good thing. Not to mention that as a kid with autism and ADHD bright colors cause me anxiety and made me upset, which is proof that not all kids like them.
Soooooo cute!!!!!
I love it.
Must be nice to have all the extra time to do this.
Oh nooooo the lilac was so special. I’d make my real kitchen match the play kitchen!
Haha that would have been awesome!
I think some people don’t know that younger kids a lot of the time want to use things that their parents or people older than use. So actually painting the kitchen to look like they’re kitchen is smart because they’ll stop bothering they’re parents.
POV: you have to rewatch the video out of curiosity to see what it said at the end…
UPDATE- it says “There is actual research that shows children have more interest in dramatic play that mimics what they see in real life!”
this is so extra but so cute😭
Plays with it once* 🎉
Your kid didn’t break the faucet, you just wanted it to look more aesthetic 😂
So what if she did, hmm?
It's
1. none of your business and
2. completely unprovable
@@Starry9593
1)If she did - it means she lied.
2) Of course it's unprovable, but grom facts provided highly probable.
You underestimate the powers of children. If it pops off, it's already gone. If it's not nailed down, you bet your ass you'll never see it again.
If it's cheap and easily breakable, just throw it away now and save yourself the trouble.
Honestly the purple WAS it
We use that on our backsplash they definitely won't be going anywhere
I worry that peel and stick paper won’t keep little hands and curious mouths away from those rocks
“Theres no way he’s going to break it”
Me: …. Kids can be like hulk- don’t underestimate them-
hahaha so true
Pt 3 pls
I love that people care so much that she changed the color and design when it’s not for y’all it’s for her son😭 maybe her son didnt want the kitchen to be lavender or maybe he wanted it to match with his parents. Point is it’s not your place to be upset over a simple color and design
In the previous episode of this series she had she said she's doing it for the aesthetic and so it matched the rest of the house, not cause her kid wanted it
So I get why people are kinda upset
You should made it so the sink works! It would make it more realistic if that’s the thing you’re going for
"There is no way he is gona brake it"
Him: .... 🍽️
Also him: oop got it on my shirt 🤭
😂 😂
I thought the whole point of getting it on fb market place was that it was cheap and in good condition. After all the changes, must have cost an extra $30 on top at least. Kids toys pop and stand out from their normal surroundings so that its exciting and new. It seems more like a quirky DIY project for you rather than a fun toy for your kid.
Pov: you didn't read the end text
Wouldn’t it be cool if it actually worked as in the sink pulled water ?
What type of glue did you use like what brand??
Okay I'll admit it looks beautiful but it's a kids toy, why not keep that beautiful colour for a literal child to enjoy
👌👌👌
Im a big fan i love your vidoes and i did that
Thank you that means a lot! ❤️
Should painted inside.
Her: “it’s metal, there’s no way there going to break it”
Kid: you underestimate my power
Hahahaha but for real!!
Let kids be kids, if kids want bright things then let them have it. Don’t take away their sunshine
How do you know he wanted it? Or are you just making silly ASSumptions?
This much work for a toy dang you must love yo kid(s)
Haha yes I do! And I had a lot of fun doing this project, it was well worth it to me☺️
While i hate when people put ✨aesthetic ✨ over a kids confort, i dont really mind this project. It looks like the original, the kid will probably like that. And to be honest I don't really know what the kid will like, neither does anyone else, so maybe we shouldn't be judging her over something that we don't know about.
This is cute but I feel like it would have been fun for the kid to have been a part of the process. Kids love creating stuff, and it would've made it two toys instead of one.
Bro I scrolled down from the first part and the second is under it wow
“There is now at he is going to break it” **is that a challenge?**
As a kid I would’ve absolutely loved it if my parents made my mini play kitchen match our real kitchen. I loved mine, don’t get me wrong, but if they had offered this at the expense of the bright colours I would’ve been over the moon.
The fact that people are acting as if you’ve sucked all colour, enrichment, and life from your child just because you made a matching kitchen for them is ridiculous.
You should’ve made it so the sink can actually work and have water come out but that may be too complicated I mean somebody else did it also so :)
That's not a bad idea! Maybe in the future☺️
cute
😊
I mean the way you changed it sure it looks fine, but like I really liked that purple. What was wrong with the purple?
I’m surprised that she didn’t make it fully functional.
My brother broke our couch when he was a kid trust me kids can break anything
Where did you get the backsplash tile from?
I'm surprised you didn't paint the inside and the back.
She kept it becuase people kept bitching about how cute the original purple was
@@ophelia5240 Well you made that up, didn't ya? How people going to keep bitching about how cute the original purple was when she made the decision not to paint the inside or back, before she posted her video?
@@Chris.357 she said it in the previous video. Can you stop being pressed about everything. I didn't even day anything offensive and yet you still got triggered, wtf is wrong with you💀
Make the sink a functioning one
Kids like to imitate their parents so having a kitchen big enough for them that matches their parents is a good thing. Not to mention that as a kid with autism and ADHD bright colors cause me anxiety and made me upset, which is proof that not all kids like them.
I wanna be her kid 😭
the kid has waited weeks to play with a kitchen he will probably stain , break or get bored of it in a few weeks. but pop off queen
Actually no, but thanks for your feedback!
Are people really complaining about the play kitchen being redone. Are you really going to tell me you never saw your parents working in the kitchen and wanted to do the same thing. Maybe her kid wants to have a kitchen that looks like their parents.
