@@mitch-ui8ds Well there's a lot of ways ways get around this. If you remember in the original Naruto got held back making him older but there was a plot hole making him younger for some reason.

1.naruto tried to graduate early and failed
2.when they show you him taking the exam in the episode he could have taken it a few times after that off screen

I'm eagerly awaiting season 2. And while i hate being caught up on individual parts due to the wait for the next part to come out, I think i can make an exception for this what if. It is amazing so far. I typically hate what ifs where Naruto goes full Danzo level dark cause most people do it horribly. But i love how you used Kotoamatsikami to artificially change Naruto like that. I'm extremely curious as to how Itachi will try to fix his little brother and whether it'll work or not. But as my first what if I've seen of your channel, it was a hell of a opener. Much like Metal Gear Solid 3 was for me when i got into that series.

Wait lee only uses taijutsu because of the short amount of chakra he has so he can't perform any jutsu but if hes the nine tails jinchuriki (however tf you spell it) once he learns to control the power he'd be able to perform jutsu with the extra chakra he gets from the nine tails (I assume that's how it'd work)
No, lee can use inner gates which requires alot of chakra
