When there are official figures that there is a decline in registrations in the area of interest for two years, that is the time you should buy. Get the data from local sub register office in the area you are interested. If you pay some nominal money, you will get registration data from sub register
Ok information, nothing great. Don’t invest in real estate very far as it won’t fetch rent and appreciation is based only on speculation. Colonies won’t develop that far. Also exiting is very difficult at the time of need of money. Literally have to beg to sell plot or land. All these brokers talk to get commission but they know the truth
