    As expected -Valuable suggestions by Brigadier sir .
    People’s mindset has to be changed, most of them still think west is the only place to invest and they go too far (over 25 km From ORR) to invest due to affordability and a availability of land.
    With same prices people can invest within 5kms around southern part of HYD. Distance to Gachibowli from Tukkuguda/Raviryala is just 40mins n also airport is 10 mins away.

    Plz also consider per capita income of Hyderabad and Bangalore and also city GDP. When u compare Apple 2 Apple.

    I was having some respect for him when he said he is from army. Then he started giving inflated figures for west side ventures. Then comparing HYD central prices to NY central that too after saying compare apples to apples. How is such a highly respected person not able to understand what purchase parity means? Is hyderabad comparable to new york - only in terms of the price of property? The taxes I pay in the US cover a lot many things including better infrastructure. In Manikonda you dont have footpaths for people to walk also. What the expert is not understanding is - data centres do not create jobs - it is just a farm of servers. At least 2 big companies like Kaynes and Corning have moved out of Telangana. There is huge downsizing in the IT industry. In Bangalore salary cuts have already started. People earning 90 LPA are now at 30 LPA. Hyderabad real estate market is only used to white wash black money - because of which an average earning couple is no longer able to afford even a small 2 bhk flat in good areas. Also the reason why you are seeing "50% discount" or "free gold coins" advertisements in rural area ventures.

    Current water needs only not met, high rises for residential should be banned. Due to water issues and Rocky terrain, more than 10 floor apartments shouldn’t be given permission by Govt. But Govt. Failed due to corruption issues. Hence solution should be citizen groups of Hyderabad should educate NRI and North Indian Citizens to not buy High Rise Apartment and real estate experts should support it for Hyderabad city 2 be sustainable.

    You said Metro from Raidurg to Airport is not viable as ORR is already there. Then Metro from Shmshabad to Kandukur is viable? Are there are no roads in between. Is there population enough to use metro in this line? They can continue metro from Raidurg too Airport and also connect from old city to shamshabad. The cancellation is simply a political decision and such decisions ruin the development of India
