Hickory Bokken

Training swords shaped from hickory.
Lumber was sourced from western Maryland.
I have no bandsaw so I did the profile with a template and a flush trim router. Unfortunately I didn't get that step on video.
I'd like to thank all the dojo that allow me to build these pieces for their training.

It’s like a cabinet/card scraper but for dowels and curves. I use it all the time cause sanding sucks.
