why i didnt get the symptoms in the first 30 yrs of my life ? and started to develop it at this point of life ? weird . if its always there, is there a way to get it back to normal to the state before the irritation like the many yr s i lived without feeling it ??

I just had a surgery this March 😁😁😓 the symptom carried on for 3 years before the doctors (or me) wanted to do an arthroscope.
Did it fix the problem?
