All those details you will find in the respective video of the particular mudra , its best if you practice the mudra while doing pranayam or meditation. In meditation with you dont have to focus no where just watch you breath going in & out or watch your thoughts , or body sensations.

I am interested in the meaning of connecting the fingers of one hand with the fingers of the other hand, e.g. what is the meaning if we connect the index finger of both hands or the index finger of the left hand with the little finger of the right hand.       Indirectly they will help , they will balance the element associated with them which inturn balance the chakra associated with it

    Does the practice of chakra balancing, mudras and meditation go against Christian beliefs? I personally don’t see that it does if anything it explains the body to me and helps me understand my Creator more. Thoughts?

      Chakra balancing, mudras, etc has nothing to do with any religion these are basic science of the body.

    Namaskar Yoga Chaitanya - Question: - How is it that in Manas Prakruti and Vikruti the thumb represents the Element of Space/Ether, the index finger represents Air, the middle finger represents Fire, the ring finger represents Water, and the little finger represents Earth? - Are these Elements interchangeable according to which type of Yoga is being practiced? - Thank you!       As per ayurveda , Manas means human & prakruti is natural state of health & vikruti is disturbed state of health , so the aim of ayurveda & yoga is to bring the being from vikruti to its prakrti. Representation of elements is fixed

      joining the tip will balance the element whereas on folding the finger it reduces the excess energy of the element

    What can be done for excess bloating and constipation- digestive system issues accompanied by low iron absorption?

      Apaan mudra, samaan mudra will help, also practice abdominal breathing, for iron improvement start wearing iron Kara, cook food in iron utensils, milk in iron utensils, eat iron rich food

      Yes this is possible as per the traditional Indian philosophy body is made up of 5 elements that I have already explained in this video. The space refers to intercellular space etc

    Sir, I have a doubt
    If we want to decrease a particular element we press that corresponding element finger under the thumb.
    What if we want to decrease excessive heat (element which is represented by thumb itself) produced in the body, then what will be the combination of fingers or how to do it?

      Practice Indra mudra & apaan mudra to manage excessive heat . Indra mudra will increase the water & apaan will help to get rid of the toxins from the body that are creating excessive heat.
      Also include the amla in you diet , avoid the spicy & pungent food items

      It is not happening because of Gyan Mudra the reason could be other. make sure you practice mudras in meditation while sitting in any comfortable posture. While lying down you may fall asleep

      I dont know about others but this is in reference to indian yogic & ayurvedic text . Chinese & Tibetan Philosophy is different they have different designation for each element & fingers

      Yes it works but when u lie down body has a tendency to loose consciousness nd enter sleep so u loose the contact of the fingers or created mudra. Its best if u practice it in meditation or breathing exercises or kirten or puja when u are awake nd aware

      Then they can do other mudras nd practices which do not utilizes hand. Or they can visualize that they are doing a particular mudra, but visualisation has to be very strong

    Just a curiosity.. how does it work if person has lost his hands in accident or some born disease? How does aura balancing happen if person looses a limb

I mean I researched and found that body takes lot of effort to create semen which can be translated into ojas which I experienced by retaining myself and kept doing my sadhana.. but on contrary, I heard the rajanish osho and he had very different views on this. He says it creates everyday and if u wont use then it will loose its power. So confusing but he had logic… please get me out of this blunder …
