I really enjoyed watching this content as always but it's great to hear from the best about they are doing that actually works. I'm still learning so much but I will get there!

How do we track the leads that come in off QR codes? Is it linked to Google docs?
?2- How do we pixel track & retarget?
I've been in this rabbit hole for 2 years trying to learn this.

Great content. Thank you both for the information. I always struggle with how to do professional videos. 🥴

Great content per usual ;) My biggest take away is the ability to have 5 videos that are part of one's arsenal. It can be overwhelming thinking of creating multiple videos, but this certainly makes it easier, having them fit over the course of a year or son. More doable,

A video - even if it's an informal chat when you review a pre-written script or list of bullet points - makes sure you've told each client the same thing, allows the client to watch and rewatch for complete understanding, gives the prospect a chance to see who you are and how you operate (I'm older with an informal, calm, easy going, organized style that won't appeal to someone who wants a Realtor who runs and guns with a chaotically fast approach to everything). How nice to be able to answer questions about the videos rather than make these same 5 presentations over and over and over to every person who wants the info.

@@countrysister700 Sounds like you have identified who your core audience is. While I am also "older" but if I want to rely on just past clients and referrals, I can stay in my same lane. However, like any "older" person in any industry, I have to battle the concept that I am up to date in my knowledge base. Many people are stressed, so its a balance of having energy but not being frenetic, its a balance. Being calm to one person is really slow, labored to another person. I've been in the business 30+ years, so now have really young clients.

@@mtngrl5859 well taken and I agree. I do get some young interest because my depth of RE knowledge paired with being a true local compares very favorably with those "run and gun" types who are very new to town. Some clients tho prefer to forgive failures in competency with "hip" Realtors if they get the joy of appearing in their social media with them. 😅. We can't win em all so being our best selves is always safe. All the best to you!
