For me it went from graduating college, starting my career....then getting sick and losing jobs because of it and ending up on SSDI. She's doing a beautiful job sharing the stunning vistas. There are some beautiful corners to this state. I've lived here 15 years and still haven't seen it all. We've got mountains, coasts, rainfalls, rainforests. For the more man made aspect of it- the lavender fields in Sequim are amazing. There's normally a huge festival and art street fair(except this year and last) Early spring in Skagit County for the tulip fields in bloom are something I will never forget. On the eastern side it's so different. But you have the Palouse Falls and very different landscapes than the west.

Hello. I’m curious how you discovered the place to get a shower. That’s the one challenge I have on the Oregon Coast because there are no truck stops. Local campgrounds won’t sell me a shower sans the campsite. 🤷🏻♀️

I live in the PNW and it is definitely beautiful here but all of that green is due to a lot of grey skies and rain. This summer has been exceptionally hot and sunny but most of the time we are wearing polar fleece in the summer. I love our typically mild weather but I have to admit the constant grey gloom and drizzle are depressing. Having said that this area is one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Id have to have my own shower and bathroom . But have to say it looks clean. Love you have a Dog and not a fan full of cats .Please be careful when always staying alone.. You need a way someone knows where you are .

Good question. I wonder the same as I want to full time RV next year but am a bit scared of "nights in wilderness".
