Support chev is much better especially if you do not have high cons (C4 above). This is her recommended build meta-wise regardless of cons. Chevreuse's support buffs lie in triggering overload, pure pyro-electro composition, and her hp based buffs. All you need is to reach 40k max hp with any hp based artifacts and the rest can go to ER or crit rate if running fav. Noblesse is fine if no one else is using it and u've reached good er and 40k hp for proper rotation and buff uptime with that set. Chev, in this video, focuses on damage which the scarlet witch provides. Plus, her C4 grants extra e skill charge making it proc sw buffs. Happy building🎉
Chevy is ran with Bennett most of the time and bennett's best artifact set is noblesse anyway and its buff doesnt stack so there is no point chevy having noblesse set..

It's gotta be Xiangling. Solo Razor want Chev's C1 to himself and Sara is an energy void without Raiden.
