In this episode we are visiting the beautiful Red Rocks in the luscious island of Dominica. We also went to the Carib Reserve area (now known as the Kalinago Territory) to see a bit of the craft and food practices of the initial indigenous people. this was a very special day.

Love casava bread! Didn't know in Dominica they do it also, I've tried the one from Guyana

Me too. I love me a good cassava bread! I actually think a few Caribbean islands make it. I've had it in St. Vincent too.
