As another man to you, if your partner is having the time of the month. Give lots of cuddles, hugs, kisses and warm water/hot drink. It helps their mood and day.
Edit: I keep getting comments that women aren't all the same, first of all, if your man takes the time to try, be thankful too. It is also sometimes confusing for us. This is just a guideline of what a man could do and maybe should do, adjust accordingly. Thanks.

In highschool I had really bad period cramps till the point where I was vomiting and passing out. One day I had extreme cramps while writing a math test.
I only got through the first 3 pages of an 11 page test, then started seeing black (couldn't see) after that I forgot what or if I wrote to finish my test. The next day my teacher asked me if I thought his class was a joke showing me what I wrote... the question would be something like
2c+31-4=39 the answer would be c=6 but I answered 172 liters.
When I told him I don't remember writing that and that I had ''blacked out'' in a sense because of my period cramps he gave me an F on my test and 2 weeks of detention...
5 months and 3 doctors later I was diagnosed with endometriosis, and the principal made the teacher personally apologise to me and any other girl who ''used their period as an excuse''
A few years later and although endometriosis wasn't the most pleasant it kinda made an uneducated teacher feel bad and learn a lesson/more respect towards girls XoXo

The short videos on individual topics are great, but such lessons where we get to know about a lot of topics is far more interesting. It's like we learn about a lot of topics connected together under one lesson. Appreciate the thought. Excited.

My cramps were so bad that I would actually faint at least once every month. My flow was extremely heavy as well. I begged my ob/gyn to give me a hysterectomy when I was in high school because my period was so rough on me. My last period lasted 3 months straight and I finally got my hysterectomy when I was 29 years old. I have never been pregnant (which is fine because I never wanted children) and once I got the hysterectomy I began to have a life.

I find taking Imodium, or another brand of diarrhea medication makes the bowel cramps go away... but be prepared to not have a poop for your entire period... thankfully mine are only 3-4 days long, so going 4 days without pooping doesn't make me too impacted.

I bet he's the most loving, comforting and understanding boyfriend. His intelligence and compassion make him seem so trustworthy. Especially with this topic. You know he has all the menstruation prep ready to go.
