Handpan Music & Slaptop Cajon - "The Next Cycle" (Percussion Beat)

This week, the handpan and slaptop cajon have come together for a new piece of music. I practiced the handpan chord progression and melody for a few days and then finally recorded it with the cajon when I was happy with the structure of the music. I decided I wanted to practice enough that I could play it exactly the same each time and therefore be able to shoot a little music video. This was really a good challenge to do all the composing, recording and video making myself. It's so important to keep pushing what you are capable of. I'm also very happy with how harmoniously the MEINL handpan and cajon have worked together. Finally, springtime has just started and so the presence of much new life in nature around me has inspired the title of this track.

Thanks so much for the suggestion! I haven’t been as interested in making cover videos recently but if you’re trying to learn the song yourself, you could try slowing down the video 50% (you can do that with RUclips settings) and see if it helps you learn it slowly beat by beat.
