I guess it may just depend on the type of console to how easy it may be. I tried it on Xbox 360, it took me a day or two, but I was finally able to attach a spoiler to it. It wasn't much, but to even see this sorta difference was worth it. Keep trying bro, I'm sure you'll eventually get something, or you can try a mod to speed up the process.

This also worked with a taxi as well. I did an upgrade on the engine and transmission with turbo to EMSthree and picked up a fare for the taxi and went to point view for the player or driver point of view and picked up a fare and got to the Destiination really fast and got a thanks and a tip. Try this with the buffalo police cruiser it will Randomly spawn at the police station u were at in this video u just have to be there at the perfect time it kind of spawns randomly its pretty hard to get but before u possess it use the pedestrian version of the buffalo not the one that franklin owns the regular buffalo every single upgrade from the regular buffalo will be on the police buffalo exhaust bumpers hood spoiler and so on... And its the only police vehicle to do this with where every single part will go from one vehicle to another
I actually stole Michael's car and did the glitch right now. It only gave me a small spoiler, and different rims than the ones i bought for Michael's car. I don't know whether the transmission, engine, and all that other internal stuff was applied to the cop car.
By the way, my police car now has max armor, engine, transmission, and turbo upgrades because of this technique. It's now it is also magically fast and powerful as they usually are only when a cop is driving it. lol Awesome. Just noticed the horn also transferred! lmao I used a Vapid Sadler Utility by the way. King cab truck. UPDATE: Armor did NOT transfer 100%. It is stronger than a stock cop car, but I'd estimate it at about 50% armor at most. And you DO have to purchase upgrades before stealing the cop car. Tried a car I already had upgraded and stored but nothing transferred.

I got a set of rims (not the set I chose but still cool), the custom tires, spoiler, turbo tuning, and xenon headlights all on the police cruiser. Months later, I still use this glitch all the time... I just did it with a cement truck a few minutes ago... I turned on the headlights, and drove in the water until they shut off, and then when I came back to the character, the cement truck had custom tires, rims, and xenon headlights 😂

This method works with the police car the liberiator the ambulance the fire truck the marshall and the bigass truck that is used to pick up the dirt + the taxi and the tank

This glitch works with so many different vehicles which makes for some funny results. You can do this glitch to a Dune Buggy, a taxi, monster truck, bus. You can also do this glitch with motorcycles which allows you to get customs wheels on vehicles like the Sanchez. The possibilities are endless, experiment and have fun!

Do NPCs even spawn in buffalos? Im playing the 360 verison and the only buffalos on here are franklins and the police one.

If you change the horn it changes the horn on the police car as well also works for taxi cabs and the SUV police officer truck all works for that too

I actually did this to a sheriff car and I have no idea how that happen, I just stored immediately the car because I assumed it was a super rare bug.
