I’ve tried this recipe multiple times and no matter how much I reduce the garlic, it comes across with a very oniony taste. I love onions and garlic, but even a small amount seems to always overwhelm this recipe.

Thanks Jett! Yes super easy and healthy and the veggie stock makes a difference 👍🏼 I use the trivet for my hard boiled eggs and it helps keep them from cracking during cooking 🥚 😀
