Give USC SprayMax 2K Glamour High Gloss a go. I recently used it on a project, just 2 quick coats on a helmet I airbrushed holochromatic and it protected the finish pretty well.
Builder's Mark I’ve found I need to be careful with Dremel and 3D prints. Things spinning that fast build up heat quickly. May go see if I can get a really soft wheel though...

Maybe try a buffing wheel on a variable speed Dremel tool set to a lower speed. I’ve had good luck with it.
Is it important to spray clear coat to the very end?

I experimented with sandable primer. Didnt work too good. I found it's better just to use a regular primer and sanding
