For accurate headlight alignment park on flat level road or parking lot, pace out 100FT/30M drop sheet of paper, turn on low beams only then adjust one headlight to just reach that mark, repeat with second headlight. Point car at wall and adjust both beams on level line. Much easier using 8 - 10inch Philips #2 screwdriver.
you all probably dont give a shit but does someone know of a way to log back into an instagram account? I somehow lost the login password. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
@Abraham Marvin i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
leds aren't meant for reflector housings and no matter what you do, they will most likely shine into other drivers eyes. my friend with leds gets highbeamed a lot.
The old Honda's headlight shield scatter light from LEDs, bad for on coming traffic. Could install tiny top-hat internal plastic LED reflector but must cut open the huge lens housing from rear to fit. The old halogen bulbs did similar trick by coating top half of bulbs with metal reflector film to keep beams low.
This is regarding my 2004 Honda Pilot. Adjustments work the same way. I swapped the standard bulbs for LEDs. This required realigning (up/down only) the headlights. They aimed high with the new LEDS. Sure gave me better visibility though! Also, it IS possible to install the LEDs upside down, and the rubber caps on the back of the bulb housing no longer fit. So far, that hasn't been an issue. LED bulbs (mostly) come with small built in fans. You will hear them when the lights are on.
The tires will raise or lower the front of the car at different air pressures. This is especially true when your rear tires have different air pressure than the front tires.
my Old tires leak air and if filled too much raise beams too high, for me always the driver side. Yeah I need new tires. You may have noticed in video car hood leans to side with low tire pressure... fixed both issues 3 months later.
Our 2002 Civic EX headlight adjustment looks nothing like this. You actually have to go in at an angle to turn a white plastic looking screw piece and when you go to adjust the driver side, the hood holding arm is in the way.
Hi guys. I had to replace it in Europe so i bought one on the net. BUT...it seems that the metal rotary part for the vertical adjustment is mossing . Does anybody know how you call this and where i can buy it? :/
Headlight Adjust Screw , it is part of the Headlight assembly, the notched adjustment teeth are of weak metal, suggest using a small socket on end of screw for adjustment turns unless that is damaged. Some headlights don't have adjustment screws, my 2005 doesn't have horizontal screw just a plastic plug over a hole. www.autozone.com/collision-body-parts-and-hardware/headlight-adjusting-screw
This video demonstrates the vertical up/down adjustment screw location, the horizontal left/right adjustment screw is capped/locked and only found on Sedans. Must remove entire headlight for access to pry off cap (not easy) missing on Coupes. The high beams are aimed together with low beams since both light bulbs are mounted on same plastic shell, not independent.
All vehicle types mount DRL Modules in odd places, some interior, others exterior under the hood. Keep in mind they aren't meant to be frequently access like fuse panels so removal of others parts may be required. Check the vehicle manual for location.

@Abraham Marvin It did the trick and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy!
Thanks so much you really help me out :D
@Jeremy Ruben you are welcome =)
Thanks, dude! Just what I needed. I replaced my incandescents with LED's and they're way high. I'll fix them ASAP!

Great LED Headlight replacement information, thanks, enjoy the brighter view at night.
Thank you for showing us that worked out really great!
Very useful😊 Thanks for sharing!
Does this align the reflector or the bulb itself? I changed my bulb to an led projector with cutoff and struggle to see the difference
Thanks a lot dudee! perfect video!
How does the air pressure in your front wheels affect your headlight aim?
The tires will raise or lower the front of the car at different air pressures. This is especially true when your rear tires have different air pressure than the front tires.

where is the left to right adjustment? what about the high beams?

Sorry this will not work for 2003 to 2005 Honda Civic v6. The battery is in the way.
Then remove it lol
