Good review and I just bought a leather wallet that is pretty much the same thing -- just a stack of cards with leather on top and bottom (No sides.) This metal one is darn nice looking and has fewer things to break than a Ridge wallet. Your Extraness caption drove me a little nuts, though. Had to freeze the video just right to see it. You could have caption onscreen a little longer.
Hey, does the money clip take up space allotted for the card capacity. Example-if you have the 5 card wallet and add a money clip, will it reduce the card capacity to 4 cards? Thanks.
totally fine, I only put mine in my back pocket. feels no different than a regular leather card case. I actually feel it even less bc there's less material as a whole
My minimalist wallet is starting to unravel, I went with an elastic fabric type, mostly because of the color selection. It was time for something more durable, I just ordered the red one, so I can spot it more easily when I absent-mindedly lay it down somewhere.
heh good plan! Yeah my first minimal wallet was one of those magic wallet styles, so the elastic loosened up within at least a year. didn't last very long.
there's a tiny bit of movement up and down, which is kind of expected since it's not full. But the cards definitely stay in and do not slip out at all. Each card stays securely locked in, even if it's just one card
Cool. But, it's $80 to $90...for a metal frame. I love the whole minimalist movement though. I'm currently working on an idea that basically just works out to selling an empty box for a fuck ton of cash. I call it, confidence. It's a limited release. So, go ahead and place your orders pronto. We're also selling confidence in levels for the budget friendly crowd that comes in the left over Amazon prime box for that day, as well as a all inclusive confidence bundle which includes a series of boxes that we stuff in other boxes then use fancy tape and have my 3 year old niece draw some fucked up looking dinosaurs having a picnic on, you guessed it, another box... Operators are standing by!
Curious what you think about the DM-1? LMK 👇🏼
How has your experience been using aluminum credit cards with the wallet?
Have you seen any damage on the top part of the wallet?

Nope, not in my experience. I have the money clip + 6 cards total (1 is a thin metro card)
At first I thought it'd be uncomfortable with a hard case against my booty, but now seeing that it feels fine, I'm considering this!
Heh doesn’t feel any diff from a regular card case. PS I owe you an email, haven’t forgotten! Got distracted by turkey and stuffing 😉
@@EffortlessGentTV I gotchu bro! Not only a legitimate distraction but a damn good one haha!
How does it handle in a back pocket? I don’t think I’d want a stack of cards in my front pocket.

Effortless Gent thanks!

If you buy a 5 card and only carry 2 cards at times, is there a lot of slop in it? Will the 2 cards stay in, or do they fall out?

Thanks for the timely response. This is one reason you are well respected.
