Nice video Ben. I’m a new Ham, passed my foundation on the 1st July and live near Sleaford. I’m also a member of the Heckington & District Radio Group and interested in contesting. I’ve been learning how to use N1MM but was disappointed there was no UKAC or FMAC contest in the list. Your video filled the gap nicely so now looking forward to cutting my teeth in a contest very soon. Cheers.
Good stuff. N1MM is preferred by many for HF Contesting. For VHF UK stuff, I recommend you opt for Minos logger, Ben. Custom designed by the RSGBCC for the UKACs. Link on RSGBCC website to download it. All the various scoring systems built in for UKACs, FMAC, weekend Trophy tests etc and it creates all the correct log formats (EDI) for uploading to the RSGB robot. Dead easy plug and play.... 73 Nick M1DDD
