#1 thing I do for my family's health: Outside time and WATER. Think about it, if you don't have good clean water it is an uphill battle. If you have too much chlorine in your water it is killing your good bacteria in your gut that your immune system relies on. I have had a Berkey for several years and it is still going strong and we love it!!! No electricity needed in an emergency. We could literally get creek water to drink and filter it just fine. Its my FAV!
Unfortunately Berkey is out of production but I am actively searching for an alternative that I love just as equally to share with you all.
