Downstairs there is a meat market that has the best Roast Pork belly in the lower mainland. I don't know how they do it but the crispy skin separates from the meat with little fat in between. Just the way it should be.
Food court food has gotten so expensive, as expensive as sit down restaurants. (I'm looking at you Aberdeen) Another gem of a food court similar to the Richmond public market would be the one in Crystal Mall.
