I am seeing him ..from my past 10 years...as a citizen of chirala
Pros
1.most people in chirala. Are benefited by him .
2.govt educational system in chirala..is in a right way because of him.He closed two schools which doesn't have proper qualities
3.he meets people every month one Saturday.. to argies(requesting to solve problems)
4.he don't allow anyone who is fraud into his cadre
5.he has a ideology like youth..what I felt(I am in 20 's now)
6.he developed chirala from scrap...(now he built dumping yard)
Cons
1.his straight forward Ness (don't cares anyone if he is right
)
Obviously he get enemies from people who he opposed.
2.there are some serious allegations on him and his brother....but I think you can't go forward by following law always...sometimes ....there is need to break the rules.
