❤❤LOVELY❤❤ Laura, when it warms up & the garden center receives some of their outdoor items, would you consider doing a tour on hardscaping options? I’ve noticed some items in previous years but a dedicated tour to benches, bird baths, arbors, large pot groupings, etc. would be so inspiring!! Ideas of focal point settings, charming paths with destinations & all kinds of other options would lend an additional aspect to “gardening”. Thanks for ALL you and Aaron do to brighten our lives!!!

I was at our Garden center this morning, and I caught myself hearing your voice if I saw something nice or a fresh green plant! I guess watching your videos on a daily basis, has some kind of influence 😁. But it almost feels like I walk with a like minded friend whenever I am down there. It's just so fun and not all of my friends and family are excited for plants on the same level 😊. And I really like finding this gardencommunity here, people of all places in the world and with all different lives, but we have a great love and passion for the same things! Love from The Netherlands

I just want you to know that when I resist your video I don't quite manage. I always submit to temptation. I have often questioned why. Well, it is because I always smile when you say "Hey Guys". Your videos, even when they might be boring from anyone else, make me smile. I am aware it is a lot of work for everyone involved, but the sum is that I feel as if I too can manage it! It changes my awake hours. That is why, when y'all have a new video, it is the last video I watch before retiring to bed. Because I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that when I wake the next morning it will be with attention to creating our garden. I give thanks to you all who make this possible.

I love purple queen! I found it originally on a friend's flower bed. When she sold her house she made sure to remind us to cut some out for ourselves.
Though it's a "houseplant" it actually survives our winters in a zone 7! It dies back in the fall, but comes right back from the roots every year.
Mine is about 3 years old in a larger plastic pot for now, it can get MASSIVE, so I'm taking my time to decide where I wanted it planted in my landscape.
And propagating it is super easy, with small pieces even surviving winter if protected

Until you get to heaven you will never know the lives you impact. Remember that on a hard day. I just had Cspine surgery yesterday & I can't even water my plants, but through your video, it brought me such joy & hope to garden soon this April. Ty to all of you & blessings!

So happy to hear you say the Piggy Back plant is back in circulation, as you were cruising the displays I was just thinking about that plant, wondering whatever happened to it!! Your parents store is fantastic, the sheer volume of all their stock inside and out is like nothing I've ever seen in one spot! Great video, thanks for taking us along.

It's fun to hear different common names for these guys. We call Fire Sticks euphorbia pencil cactus. My two 6+ foot tall specimens are daughter plants of a 100 year old plant and I have memories of my tiny Czech great grandmother climbing to the top of a 10 foot ladder to cover it for hard freezes since it was in the ground.
Also, the secret to marantas are plant nannies. I've had excellent luck with multiple species of marantas.

Oh Laura! Your mom has some really beautiful plants and pots. I wish we lived closer to the garden center. One day we may take a trip east to see the center. And probably end up with some new plants. Thanks for sharing the new plants with us.

Fun day for Laura & us at the Garden Center! Yay! .. I have to agree with the other earlier comments; Laura your ability to recognize plants by name from memory, their uniqueness & beauty in all is quite impressive. I have to agree with Monica on the fern with the crab type legs growing from the base- oddly unique & a bit scary. Haha. That fern is different than any I have ever seen. Have a great day all. Thanks for the ride along Laura!

    Hi Laura,
The Ti plant is pronounced the same as tea. You had it right the first time. Love that you can just name all the plants at the top of your head, I don’t know how you do it.❤ I always look forward to see what’s next on your agenda🥰
