I did not buy the display online. I went to a local notebook parts store named: M Trade International. The experts at the shop recommended the display to me. They named it "Display 15.6 ULTRA 40 PIN" in the invoice. It took around 40 USD. Hope it helps :) Oh and sry for the delay, you know how life happens

Are you sure it's a 40pin connector display?
Specs online say that it is 30 pins.
0:23 if you wont remove the k/b panel you wont be able to slide the under bezel guard since it has to be slide to the side

I have an Asus laptop, model k555l with x555ld REV .3.6 main board. I had connected my laptop's cooling pad using a 9-volt and half-ampere adapter, but I wasn't paying attention and the cooling pad was also simultaneously connected to the laptop via the USB port. Now my laptop turns on, but the laptop screen shows no sign of being on. In your opinion, which part has been damaged by this simultaneous connection of the cooling pad adapter and the connection of the cooling pad via USB to the laptop?

сначала надо снять целиком всю верхнюю крышку, а уже потом заглушку снизу экрана. Мастер лопастей поломал крепежи заглушки рамки
Hi Roy, i have a x555ln x0184d model, can i upgrade ram to 12 gb (I currently have 4 GB). I'm going to add 8 gb of ram.
