How to resolve the NO SIGNAL NO SERVICE issue on your Startimes DTT decoder

No signal, no service issue is really common in Startimes and can be avoided following simple steps mentioned above. please do let us know if after following the steps above and you cannot resolve the issue. Thanks

Sir, good evening. Please am a startimes subscriber for like 10 years now
I switched to the smaller decoder, that one that is very small like it can enter ones pocket. I have been using for long and just last month it started saying no signal. I have this yaggi antenna outside and I have as well subscribed but I can't watch amy channel cause it's saying no signal. I didn't see you do any video on that decorder. Please any help?

I don’t think the cable is long enough. It comes with a 10meter cable. You may need to buy a 50meter cable to cover such distance. I’m only assuming cos you not specific with your question. We have a video of how to set up a Startimes antennae

It depends on the model sir. If it's older model, take to the closest office for a swap. If it's the recent models that uses adaptor. Try another adaptor and see if it works. Either ways give me a feedback
