Mine has 19k and I swapped the engine to a LS3 408 stroker engine. All the mods you can think of. Mine is the same color as this one. But with better exhaust and mods.
Some people get tired of a brutishly loud system but still want the performance. This is the best compromise.. I can't hate him if this was what he wants. It's his car.
I love these cars!! I'd love to see this car as a 2021 model with all the newer tech inside the car (and maybe updated suspension/engine, etc). That would be cool!
That 6.0 Sounds really good on the GTO, but man i still really miss pontiac so much when it comes to a video with a pontiac vehicle like this to be honest
I can tell you where you can find a GTO with even less miles than that, mine. 23k miles, magnacharged, cammed, LTS the whole nine. Love seeing nice examples still floating around.
if he was smart could of just pulled that bassani kit off sold it andnout some cheap ass mufflers on it or a stock system back on cause thats what it sounds like...
Bro that car sounds like it has stock exhaust manifolds stock mufflers and everything. He wasted all that money on the catback to have a restricted mid muffler some more restricted vibrant mufflers and then the restricted rear mufflers. This guy is gay my friends
Love your channel simple and straight to the point, really liked the tip/trick on the best location for the resonators, maybe educate us on what impacts sound based on piping, tube diameter, muffler/resonators, would love to know more about exhaust
@3:30 you can find one in my garage same color and all. Better exhaust system and has all the mods you can think of. And mine only has 19k miles! Can’t beat that
NOT A TRUE DUAL, might be duel exaust but its not true dual ... two separate pipes is true dual, mid x pipe is acceptable for true dual .. but not a single muffler.. dual in to dual out is not true dual
To true Pontiac enthusiasts, this is not a GTO. You can put a name on anything. This is a Honda looking piece of shit. Doesn't matter if it has 1 million hp. They tried to get the idiots watching these outlaw fast and furious movies and it flopped. Should have made a retro looking 60s GTO. They would have sold a million instead of wasting money on shit like this and going under.
In my opinion, the Holden vehicles that Pontiac brought over to the US (GTO/G8) are some of the best vehicles ever sold by Pontiac. Performance wise, the g8 gxp/05-06 gto would spank any production Pontiac that came before them, and I (along with many others) personally love the styling on both of them. They aren’t cheaply made with low quality interiors and excessive body cladding like every other Pontiac at the time.
@@SJ-ft6nv I owned a 2005 GrandPrix GXP. I don't see what everyone was saying about them being cheap. I had it for 8 years and it ran flawlessly. Just a starter needed in all that time. Best car I ever owned.

I just love these. They’re heavy and not that fast but something about them was a perfect farewell model for Pontiac. Let’s not mention the G8
