    I have the disco bed xl, its really roomy and comfy, with an air pad on it and I also have a single puffy mattress protector which is amazing, the only drawback is the weight of it, it’s heavy!
    It’s the best and comfiest.
    Although I also have a similar trailhead camping cot, and agree putting the top and bottom bars in situ can be difficult, I’m trying to workout a way to make these easier to pry the last one in by myself!
    This cot is easier to carry, lighter and more portable and compact than the disco bed, its also comfortable but not as wide as the disco bed.

    I have the discobeds, which I almost think of as a different product, although similar. IMO it's the 'cadillac' of the class--but a big drawback is that each one is nearly 35lbs--but they do pack up small. But a discobed with either thin inflated camp mattress or thin memoryfoam on top is as comfy as it gets, really wide, really long, no cross beam pieces.

    I really liked your video and the camping cots, I've been looking for something similar for a long time. Thank you.

    for a small pack size the best choice would be the cheap cot with metal legs about £15 it will do the same as a £350 helinox. a fe active is ok for £60 but the feet can crack and the legs can come off if you move during sleep. A shorter but wider pack size would be a timber ridge at £60 the legs are steel and attached it folds so its super fast to setup but its 4kg in weight. for the sake of speed i would stick with the £15 steel one. its a shame they dont make split steel legs which would half the pack length

    This "aluminum steel" is that like "transparent aluminum"?

    I am just seeing this video. I just would like some opinions. I have a teton cot and a slumberjack cot. Should i keep them both, sell one or what? When i go camping. I go alone. Nobody wants to go camping. Thanks for your time. Also, do i really a pad?

    This is more of a series of ads than a review. Reviews have pros and cons.

    Add the FE Active, a Helinox clone, which is extremely comfortable...

    This is just a long extended advertisement of the products. None of your observations come from first hand experience. Useless.

    Ok but which one is going to help me never have to buy a fucking gay ass bed in my entire life AGAIN, I don't want to buy a bed I'm poor and sleeping on the floor gets old after a couple of years!!!!!!

  • @gary7vn
    @gary7vn Год назад +1

    Putting a cot, ANY cot, in a tent will, for sure, cause floor punctures. They work fine in vans, or in tents without floors or a tarp set up. But let's be serious, no one brings a cot backpacking, canoeing, vanning, sure.
