Rob that Station was amazing. During the Blitz on London in WW2 people use to go down the Tube Stations for safety from dropping Bombs. This Station in the event of a War looks like it would be a safe place to be.
I have never seen a Station so deep.

It looks to me as if the Up escalators were not working. Strange that they didn't reverse the down ones so people didn't have to struggle. I wonder if there were any lifts.
