Style savvy 3ds was unironically one of the games I enjoyed profusely. Such a silly concept, but i had fun!
ive actually been playing Style Savvy Styling Star so much outside of this video, it's so fun, im sad these games flew under my radar for so long!!
style savvy is seriously so fun. you can play those games for hours and not get bored lol my favorite is styling star because you are the stylist to new idol singers. its really cute when you get to see them perform in the outfits you made for them.
even though i’m a big fan of style savvy, i’m really enjoying fashion dreamer as well. having real people make you lookits is so cool and I love making my own clothes. yes the game does have its flaws but I have high hopes with the future updates that they have been doing.

i know it as style boutique here in australia! i got it for christmas 2014/5 and i was OBSESSED i could not get enough of it. this brought back such intense nostalgia!
Omg I'm so happy I stumbled on this video! Style savvy trendsetters is my favorite 3DS game I've ever played and I still play it years later whenever I get the chance. I'm so glad you liked it! I also had no idea about the switch game before seeing your video so im definitely going to check that out soon.
I wish they’d make a proper port to Switch. I don’t want to pay $200-$400 USD for a DS and another $50-$70+ for a copy of style savvy
unfortunately you have to probably play with the ds but you can get an emulator inside the ds to play any game u want for free which is how i do it
@@kipsir8243 I’ll have to learn how to do that. I’m a complete novice with that kind of computer stuff so wish me luck!
@@randombrokeperson me too thank fully my brother did it for me but he said it was easier then doing it on the switch. good luck tho!
my old 2ds came preinstalled with new style boutique 2 (aka style savvy: fashion forward) and i've been hooked ever since
I'm so glad you checked style savvy out and liked it! For me, I kinda find the amount of stuff in fashion dreamer a little overwhelming when I have like five items that are within a shade or two of each other, especially combined with how annoying scrolling through your inventory is :/ what I like about style savvy is that it offers both creativity through limitations like at your store - due to not having as much available, I have to like puzzle out hoe best to put together what I DO have and make it look good. I do also love having my own wardrobe with every item in the game and frequently make outfits for myself just for fun too - I'm so glad the game has both options! Fashion Dreamer kinda had that with the recommended items and your normal closet but I guess for me being used to style savvy it's like the recommended pics are too few and my personal closet too much xD but I definitely love both just for different reasons ^^

I was OBSESSED with Style Savvy as a kid, still am! I'm currently replaying Style Savvy Styling Star which is one of my favorites (it was the first I played) AND I'M ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS VIDEO! I don't ever hear about the games anymore and they really deserve a lot more love (especially Brad lol, I'm with you there). Your attitude and everything is also just super nice, paired with the video topic etc my day has been MADE. Thank you so much for playing Style Savvy, this is kinda ridiculous but seriously thank you ♡♡♡

Im so happy i found this video! ive been wanting to get fashion dreamer for so long but with everyone saying it's boring and style savvy was much better and stuff i never got it. I think after this im finally getting it, our playstyles seem similar so i feel like i'll like it as well!!

in all seriousness style savvy is my favorite video game of all time and i've kept my 3ds from 10 years ago to play all the games (i still have all four!) whenever i'm stressed out. i WISH nintendo had kept this boutique owner storyline for fashion dreamer because i miss having a storyline.

You talking about diversity options reminded me of how almost all characters are whitewashed in the american version in comparison to their european versions counterparts for some reason
I loved these games but I wish they let you play as a man and romance some of the characters (Brad)

I don’t have the patience for a lot of dialogue or story in some games, so I prefer Fashion Dreamer, but I know I am in the minority on that one. This was a good video. Thanks!
I LOVED style savvy: styling star when I was younger but I can't find the US version anywhere to buy it and my ds isn't modded so I can't get one of the other versions I HAVE to get the US version😭💔
I haven't bought Fashion Dreamer cause of the reviews. I don't like the idea of wasting a lot of money on game that I can't refund online. BUT I'm glad they are listening to the players. If the update is close to Style Savvy, then I'll get it for my birthday.
