Love it! The sounds, the performance, the voice... great job! Didn't know that you can split the Juno DS in 5 parts. Such an amazing keyboard! I want to try this on my Jupiter X but as far as I know, I can split the keyboard only in 2 parts. Update: I found the way to split the X in more parts and basically is just setting different key range for each of the 5 multi timbral parts instead of using the split button.
I typically start off with the stock patches, sometimes layering and blending multiple patches to find the closest sound. You can then adjust resonance, cutoff, attack, decay, sustain, release as needed (these are easier for me to mess with than adjusting the TVF, TVA, etc. wave parameters). You can also adjust EQ and effects. Not perfect, but close enough. Let me know if you want the patch list used on my DS.
Thanks for watching! The right hand chord at 0:50 verse parts are 2 notes only (lower C# and the G#). I wasn’t able to use the upper C# since it’s the bell tone split. It looks like I’m pressing the C# but I’m not.
I just recently discovered The Cars where responsible for this song. Love it!! Great Cover!!
Great! The keyboards make this tune. Greg Hawks, right? Miss the Cars, miss the 80s so much great music back then.
Thanks for watching!
This is an incredibly good cover. Huge compliment on what you get out of the keyboard. FULL SCORE!
Thanks so much for the compliment!
Love it! The sounds, the performance, the voice... great job!

@@rsato1able did you use the performance button to split more than 2 sounds?
@@mhaikal4680 Yes, performance mode allows you to split and/or layer up to 16 patches.
@@rsato1able Thanks for the info, keep on making cool videos because I'm already subscribed

Hey man can you help provide how you shaped those awesome sounds perhaps?

@@rsato1able yeah could I see the patch list I would greatly appreciate that.
@@rsato1able yeah man those sounds I would love to be able to emulate
@@CDSJ80 I updated the description section with the patches used to start off with.

So I finally had the chance to play on a Juno DS , it’s pretty cool and is there any way I can chat with you aside from here?
Nossa que música linda 🤩🤩😎👍
👍👌👍
nice job, I was curious how you got the 2 different sounds on same keys :50 and 1:06 on the same notes. I don't see a change.

Can anyone tell me what model of Juno this is, 61 88? Would like to get one.
This is a 61
@@rsato1able thank you, I appreciate your response !
This SONG BRING BABE ALOT OF MEMORIES SOME GOOD SOME NOT SO GOOD LOST GOOD FRIENDS AND GIRLFRIENDS
Essa música me faz viajar😵
great !! how did you do the 5-way split... I have the same keyboard and just 2-way split
You can do multiple splits (up to 16-way I believe) using performance mode. See here: ruclips.net/video/BDEPU6gxHz8/видео.htmlsi=CU-lNyaqgrf1m7B_
you came here for 2:13
Am currently practicing this on my own keyboard as i watch this
Isolated keyboard version with backing song removed is here --> ruclips.net/video/h_iUBt6EZrQ/видео.html
how did you get the original drums playing in the keyboard?
The original song is mixed in with my keyboard parts in post production. I have another video with just my keyboard parts soloed.
