Excellent. I can't sleep and this just came out. Thank you! Your videos really relax me when I am anxious. I really appreciate your hard work! Thanks again from NYC!
I saw the pancakes and not going to lie, I gasped and started tearing up when I saw you tear them open. It was the most beautiful and ingenious thing I've ever seen. Bless Japan and their 7-11's for making a fat man cry. 👌
You're 7 11s make our fast food restaurants look sick....literally! The food looks awesome!! Japan for two weeks in October...can't wait!! Your videos make my day...Thanks so much
When I went to Japan the 7-11 was actually a great place to get some cheap dinner food that tastes great. McDonald's was great for breakfast and for lunch I tended to get the half off bento at supermarkets
This is crazy, japanese convenience store food looks almost like an european gourmet Restaurant. To double the fun effect, i've watched this just after Kobe Beef feast. Hope to check both someday.
I certainly love the convenience store videos! We have 7-Eleven's in the U.S. but I can't say that I've ever been to one. I'm sure it's very much different. I'd be interested in sodium and colesterol numbers but that's kinda a lot to ask. Very good video! ❤️
i LOVED those pancakes way back when i lived in Okinawa. words cannot describe how much i miss those. i had a friend send me some recently but they took so long in the mail that they went bad and i couldn't eat them. i wish wish wish there was some way to get some fresh ones here in the US.
Menma, scallions chashu pork and the chicken sesame tofu 😋 had my mouth watering with winter approaching where I live. I thought your choices were pretty tasty crackers and Karaage very nice . Thanks IWTFF this was yummy 🤗👍
Combini food . . . my favorite thing . . . I buy a lot of dry soups so seeing what you get gives me ideas for leveling up what I buy like the tuna and mayo onigiri . . . 👍👍❤️
Thanks Shinichi!! I’m from Oahu Hawaii too! The 1st time we came to Japan in May 2017 was absolutely lovely because I came across your TabiEats channel videos which helped us tremendously in navigating around Tokyo, Hiroshima, Osaka! We also came back in November 2017 and once again was helped by watching your & Satoshi’s videos! Thank you so much for helping us make beautiful memories! We are looking forward to re-opening of Japan to us foreigners! Mahalo for all the content that kept us in Hawaii bridged to Japan! I enjoy watching your channels along with the channels of Satoshi, and Niki Niki Aloha🍍from Ewa Beach Hawaii
I remember trying that 7-11 octopus salad before--delicious! I love your convenience store videos because I tend to buy a lot of convenience store food when I'm in Japan :D Budget-friendly and tasty!
So much variety! And, it seems that a lot of top quality ingredients and care goes into making these food items/snacks. And, the prices are quite reasonable.
I’m not a huge fan of fried chicken, but I do like Popeye’s. Most fried chicken makes me sick to my stomach...so it’s not that I don’t like the flavor...I just can’t tolerate most, especially KFC. The Mapa Tofu always looks so good, but I can’t eat really spicy foods. So I might be able to actually try the one from 7-11, since you can add your own sauce. I always think that it would be good over rice noodles. Does 7-11 use canned tuna for the sandwiches and onigiri? Everyone says that Japan does the best tuna mayo and I was wondering if it’s because of the quality of the tuna over there. The dipping ramen looks soooo tasty! I like the thicker soup. 🍜 Thanks for posting, I couldn’t sleep and was super psyched when I saw you posted!!! Excellent video, as always. ✌🏻🥰😊
Video suggestion! I love the way you guys capture the ambiance and sights of some of the places you go. Would you be open to going somewhere you could see the Tokyo city skyline? It's one of my favorite things to see. I'm stuck in the states ;;;;;
I like 7-11 they always have a wide variety of things to try. Of course Japans's 7-11s have lots of stuff I never seen. Would definitely like to see what the convenience stores over there have to offer. Hit up Lawson's too. We had Lawson's here in the States till they all moved over there. Some Lawson's products still are sold in Circle Ks. Like my favorite.. Sour cream and onion chip dip. Lol
Wow, I love the colours of those rice crackers at the beginning of the video. They reminded me of ancient pottery shards from an archaeological dig. But the edible kind is better 😀 I think it is amazing that A Japanese 7-11 has Ramen and Truffle oil? !
Thank you for the wonderful video! I truly enjoy seeing the time and care you put into every video, letting us see all the fantastic foods and wonderful sights that Japan has to offer. You inspire me to want to travel to japan to try all of these delicious looking foods and to explore every street!
For a minute I was thinking "Wait, when did DancingBacons go to Japan?" Took me a bit to realize this isn't a DancingBacons video. It's too bad 7-Eleven here is so boring, about the only thing I get there anymore is Slurpees and questionable hot dogs. In the US 7-Eleven is considered pretty low end for a convenience store (places like Maverik, Sheetz and Wawa seem to be a lot better but none of them are in this part of the country), but there are a lot more of them than anyone else.
I'd love to see more convenience store videos. Always fascinated by what you can get there for food. The most intriguing ones here for me are the octopus salad and the truffle oil ramen; I've had octopus/squid in Greek restaurants where it's known as kalamari but cooked and sometimes breaded so not like what was in the salad. Maybe in the future you could do top 10 items for Lawson and Family Mart, as well as look at some of the smaller, lesser known (to people outside Japan anyway) stores. Cheers!
Everything looks so good, especially the dipping ramen! With the stroopwaffle, have it covering your tea/coffee/cocoa etc and eat when warm. This is the best way to eat it
i always love these! I find it hard to concentrate during your sample streams, and this is so much easier to focus on so i still get to see clever conbini food.
Another great video. I wish we had 711s that sold stuff like this in the U.S. the stuff they sell at American 711s is so boring and you can make at home even better. This was a great video! Thanks!
Coincidentally, after watching this video, tuna mayo onigiri became available in my local 7-11 store/country. Thanks to u, i learned how to open onigiri. I also shared to my friends about my fantastic discovery . I hope one day, edamame will also be available in my country, even if it just in 7-11 because i often hear you talk about how good it tastes.
Shinichi, I agree with you that the karaage and the salted rice ball is a great combination 👌. As always, I wish that we had Japanese style 7-11's here in the States. Even 7-11's in Hawaii are so much better than the ones on the mainland. Any idea when Japan will open up to foreign tourists? Take care and say hi to Satoshi.
Wow, my favorite food in the video is the stroop waffles😋 its so perfect with coffee or tea..i love those, my sister-in-law gave some when she arrived from Netherlands and i fell in love with it😋💕
Every time I watch your videos I always get super hungry even after I have eaten!! 😂 But I really hope I can one day travel to Japan and try the Ramen there, that is what is number 1 on my bucket list right now!!! Great video as always 👍
I really enjoy these convenience store food videos. For one, they show a whole different side of 7-11 compared to US-based stores. Most US 7-11 stores offer a variety of foods with typical American palates in mind. I do wish they would offer some of the foods you reviewed. Pancakes and butter, for instance, would be a big hit. I also think a variety of noodle- and rice-based ready-made meals would find an audience, especially in areas with large Asian populations. I am a big ma po tofu fan, so that dish got my attention!
The 7 Eleven in Australia does not stock what you have in Japan. I visited a store in Japan in 1985. I craved biscuits. Nothing more daring. Love the store video's 😍
Excellent. I can't sleep and this just came out. Thank you! Your videos really relax me when I am anxious. I really appreciate your hard work! Thanks again from NYC!
Now you are hungry. =u=
I saw the pancakes and not going to lie, I gasped and started tearing up when I saw you tear them open. It was the most beautiful and ingenious thing I've ever seen. Bless Japan and their 7-11's for making a fat man cry. 👌
The rice ball and pancakes look tasty. I'd try the noodle thing too without the pork.
A tip for the Dutch stroop waffle: put it on a mug with hot liquid like tea or coffee for a few minutes - tastes 1000x better

Now, why couldn't 7-11 sell some of these things stateside? No matter. Your videos always make my day!
This video is truly educational for people that live overseas. Great to see the food up close and what it contains. 🇦🇺
Convenience stores in Japan is always one of the food heaven for me. Especially rice balls
This is crazy, japanese convenience store food looks almost like an european gourmet Restaurant. To double the fun effect, i've watched this just after Kobe Beef feast. Hope to check both someday.

The ones here in the US are just like regular gas station convenience stores aha there’s no actual like, food, like in Japan. It’s sad
The 7-11 in Canada sucks equally hard. They really need to up their food game.
@@krycss you trippin there's many that have food
Yup. Ours are nasty.
everything looks delicous as always
Thank you for this video♥️
Yum. Those rice crackers look amazing!
I love to see what Japan’s 7-11 offers customers. The difference is so interesting. Thank you.

Good choices to show. Thank you. Enjoyed from South Africa.
I always watch your convenience store food videos. Convenience store food is a great option for anyone travelling in Japan on a budget.
My favs are the premium gold ramen from Sumire and Ippudo
Yes please! I would love a tutorial on all the different rice balls!
These look amazing for their price wow
"Convenience stores in Japan offer a variety of items"
Convenience Stores in the US offer a variety of Food Poisoning opportunities

when I came to Japan I was obsessed with Honey Butter bread cake from 7-11 & this amazing mint chocolate from there x I miss japan x

Really enjoying this video. Thanks for making it
Amazed to see Stroopwafel there. They are soooo good. But best to have just one because the calorie count is high.
I didn't know they had stroopwafels at 7-Eleven. I really wanna try it when I can visit Japan again. As a Dutch person I love stroopwafels.
Yes LOVE these videos. I like all your stuff but I’d also like to see a bit more about crafts and culture - calligraphy, ceramics, origami etc etc
you do know this channel is about food 😂🤣

Clicked "like" at the first cruch of the rice cracker. 😁 Your video is very relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks for sharing!
Oh my gosh! I miss those little maple pancakes sooooo much!!!🥞💕😭
My favorite fried chicken is from a small restaurant in castle rock Colorado where they shallow/pan fry it to order. A very special place.
Amazing video. I would love to see one trying "exotic" 7-eleven food.
Another great video!
Thanks again!
I liked the video very much. I’d like to try everything, but especially the rice crackers and the range, with truffle oil.
i can't believe the quality of the food and the unique items ! its very interesting. our 7*11s are SO different in Oregon USA thank you
