When hecatomb first released I really wanted to play it. But I was a teenager and couldn't afford it. Now I just remembered it and have talked my playgroup into playing it with me (since the boxes are really cheap) so I picked up a box of premiere starter decks and a sealed booster box for just under $50
I recently played this game and I have to say that it was a blast! It plays (very) similarly to mtg and shares a rule with duel masters (the mana system) it's a shame that it only lasted 2 set after the base, but I fell like it could come back... Either as a MTG arena type game or a table top game that use standard rectangular cards that stack onto each other (I wouldn't mind proxying some cards in a standard format and seeing how'd it work)
I do sadly. Nothing good about it of course. This game is the epitome of "You were so busy thinking about if you could, you didn't think about if you should"
I remember this game when I was early years in HS And it was so muc he more awesome than yu GI oh and all those other mainstream ones It’s a shame it didn’t take off

They did in fact make special sleeves for these cards but they are quite rare
Crusty is the most apt description for this geometric nightmare I've ever heard.

still not as crusty as dude's fingernails

Played it for a few months ~17 years ago. I still remember some of these cards, the art at least. Thanks for uploading!

No blessing included.
hecatomb is the most snowbally game ever
It's so edgy that called it Hecatomb, instead of H-E Double Hockey Sticks Tomb

a pretty dumb gimmick imo
