I love that Rory is explaining what will happen while he’s spotting. That’s how people learn instead of just being told what to do.
That's pretty darn awesome of Rory to be so cool about putting this on your channel. What a good friend/boss. Swinging a camera, spotting people. What a good dude.

Got to meet Mike at the SLC off-road Expo last weekend. End of day two you know he was tired and probably so sick of talking to people but he was exactly the rad guy you would think he is, Upbeat and just seemed so genuine. Shawn wasn’t around but I’m sure he’s the same.

Shawn, there is a WD-40 product that is lithium grease that is a better "band-aid" for U joints and other moving parts. Regular WD-40 will lubricate, but also strip away the grease that is still there. The WD-40 Lithium Grease has saved my bacon on at least one occasion. I keep a can in my rig because stuff happens. Of course I am not on rocks, but in the jungle in Indonesia.

Since Rory saves so many people from breaking axles, hubs, U-joints, he should market his services for being a spotter as a percentage of the parts they didn't break on the trail!

"WD-40 is holding" Ha Ha. Is there anything it can't do. Seriously, I used WD-40 on my Mud Shrimp bait while fishing for Sturgeon. I thought they were pulling my leg, I tried it and IT WORKED!
I'm not ready to go out with you guys yet. I need to put a locker in the front and redo my steering and get bigger tires and lift the rear end an inch and probably something else too.

Awesome guys! The crossover from a different perspective! Ha! Side note: kind of really, but, for whatever reason, after watching this video, it got me thinking about Irish Goodbyes, for whatever reason, even if it was edited in to potentially imply one. I've been on the rope with these, for me, hilarious events but, that is if you ever take a deep dive and analyze them 🤣 - I definitely experienced numerous occurrences of these, what some would say, random, "suspicious" exits. I remember sometimes being either annoyed and irked by them or not even realizing them until someone else brought it up. LOL. Anyways, like always very entertaining Shawn and Mike!

Question about backing up. I know it is harder on the driver to see where he is going and to steer properly, but is there any reasons it is different for the mechanical side of things? Is it harder/easier on the steering...on the suspension...on the engine...anything else?
It takes a little stress off the rear axle! Little harder on the front!

Only thing i dislike is repeat videos like the people that watch the channel dont see that its a repeat. Kind of makes you think we are stupid. We arent.
I know it is a reapeat but i am still watching, i watch what i enjoy and see if i missed any thing.
I didn't realize from the other video. They pushed from the back on that buggy when Rory was pulling with the rope.
The different camera angles also included the different scenery angles. And I watch this show 50% for scenery.
