I'll never forget the day we went out and it pi##ed down, I had to go out from under the cover of the trees to put my rain cover over my clubs whilst you just brought your clubs to you, it was poetry in motion 🤣😅

Hi guys, can you tell me how easy it is to switch from remote to manual operation and what do you do to achieve that. Best wishes David

Hi David the trolley is always in manual and remote mode, there is a button on the top you can turn to select what speed you want then press to go... at any point you can control it with the remote even when setting off in manual mode and vice versa... I use the remote when on big open fairways then press stop on the remote, turn the dial down to reduce the speed, press the button and then walk with the trolley holding onto it around tricky parts of the course hope this helps

I'm having a repeat problem with M7 Remote trolley. Bought it in Oct 21. Couple months ago it just died on the course, battery was good. They sent me a new controller which I installed myself. They said it was four screws, but it was more like twenty and took quite a while. Anyway, did it again yesterday , just started stopping every fifty feet or so and then died completely. Charged battery overnight and it shows green but nothing when I put the battery in the trolley. Waiting to hear back from them AGAIN but wondering is anyone else having the same issues?

Sorry to hear about this Mike, can't say iv had this issue 😞... please let us know the end result and if motocaddy step up to get it sorted for you, they are great trolleys and are well made but would be disappointing to think motocaddy don't get it fixed wick and it drags on as we've had great customer service and feedback from them so far... hope your games going well at least and your managing to get out at the moment, speak soon 👍

@@RogueGolfers I shipped it back to them for one more crack at repair (their expense.) Will let you know how it goes but one more major failure and I'll be seeking a return and refund from Motocaddy.

My friend and I bought this trolley 7 month ago and both have issues. His trolley died and will not run again. Mine stops ever now and then. He got a new controller but have still the same issue. The dealer told us that there will be new controlers and that the battery is the issue. Motocaddy is testeing the new controllers and batteries. But that's a couple of months now. So far no solution.

    Anyone else have this trolley?
Mine arrived 3 days ago, but I think I've found a fault, possibly.
On a hill, when stopped... the trolley will slowly go back down the hill on its own, very very slowly.
I've called motocaddy tech support and they don't think there's a parking brake as part of the DHC system, which I find bizarre.
If someone could test this for me, or whether they just park it horizontally on the hill every single time (a bit annoying), could you let me know please?
    Thanks!

Hi Reapswtf thanks for the comment, the answer is Yes you are right. It is a problem with the m7 and we have filmed this and mentioned it in one of our videos. It’s due to it not having a parking brake like other models eg. M3 PRO. When it has a parking brake you turn dial left while display is on speed number 1 and it will turn to the letter P. Unfortunately the m7 doesn’t have this great feature.
