    In short, all of these concepts are about mental discipline. In archery, and in life, you must consider your environment and its effects on your target, or goal. The snowshoes and skis could tell you to remain calm to rise over adversity through preparedness.

      she's very kind and she always want to make you sure you are doing ok and how strong you are , and she have great sense of humor , she's very sweet I rly enjoy spending time with her

    I like the snowshoes metaphor. I never looked at it that way.
