I watched lester everyday for all his years! I have met him and he was a humble man, he never wore fancy clothes, drove an old car and lived in a small apartment. Lester does not believe in aliens but demons. He cast them out!!! What a great man, we need true christain men like him today.

I believe that as Christians we have to be often reminded that the devil absolutely hates us. The thing that I love about Lester’s teachings is that he drives that point home so that when the enemy tries to attack you with sickness or disobedient children or anything that comes against you you automatically know that it’s the devil, and it builds your faith in God to be able handle the situation. I thank God for these teachings that are still being circulated. Thank you to who ever is making these available.

These past couple of days I’ve been making a point to study the scriptures word for word three times a day and praying afterwards. In doing so the words JUST BELIEVE and BELIEVE ONLY have taken on a new meaning for me. It’s hard to explain; I’ve never seen them in the way that I’m seeing them now. I couldn’t understand how Jesus could say this like it was so simple do, it’s because there’s only one thing to do. JUST and ONLY means that there is no room for anything else, just believe only by standing on His Word. As you say stand firm. Your reply is my confirmation :)

Lester Sumrall was and still continues to be a great blessing and a wonderful voice for our Lord. I remember seeing him in person preach about a year before he went home to the Lord.

I had a problem one time and I went to the Pastor with the problem and he said, If I were a true christian and in the Lord, I wouldn't be having a problem. I left that church. Many of us are starting home churches because the churches have failed, in their duty to the sheep. Very sad.

Yes, my church is full of Narcissists, wolves in sheeps clothing and hypocrites. Don't get me wrong, there are also wonderful loving people there but they also lack understanding, lack the discerning gift of the Holy Spirit because they are Babes in the faith and easily misled by demonic spiritual forces at work! I no longer go to church! God never sleeps, He never slumbers and my walk with Him is truly unique. Stay faithful, obedient and humble. Constant Prayer is needed, repentance, forgiveness, and especially pray for those lost in these churches!

Here we are almost 40 year's later, the demonic realm is running rampant. Some people blame the government, some people blame the church, I blame every person who says they're a Christian. You go to church on Sunday, dust your bibles off for those 30 minutes of prosperity teachings, give your two bucks in the offering, go home in a mad panic so you don't miss that football game on tv rather than making it a point to fast and pray for those in need around you. The term christian literally means Christ follower.
Now that small rant is over. We need to all understand our Father's heart to all man kind not just to those in our little church group. Watching a prostitute give her heart to Jesus, watching a homosexual turn his heart to the natural affections, watching an alcoholic change his life.... priceless!

The spirit of stupor is what you are referring to, and you are right. However, Jesus said go, abide until I return. So until then we are commissioned to preach the gospel. I would rather listen to what Stanton Friedman says about UFOs as he has studied the UFO issue his whole life and is a nuclear physicist. Friedman was the first civilian investigator on the Roswell, New Mexico UFO crash in 1947 and handled much of debris, Alien bodies and fragments of the crash were both recovered by the 509th Bomb Squadron, no dummies, the same unit that dropped the bomb on Hiroshima. alien bodies and crash debris were flown to Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio, now Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Every US president since Truman has known about the visitors from other galaxies. Nixon was great friends with Jackie Gleason. Nixon drove Gleason to an Air Force base in Florida and showed him crash debris and alien bodies. It is in Gleason´s autobiography. I personally interviewed Jesse Marcel, Jr who handled crash debris as an 11 year old child in Roswell. Jeremy Lathem I don't think so. When I started to research heavily into UFO's and aliens and believed them to be from another planet, I always have nightmares, sleep paralysis with hallucinations, and I have "astrally projected" beyond my will. I think I may have opened some doors or something to evil spirits. I have also woken up in sheer terror and FELT so strongly and a bit physically an oppressive presence in front of me. This is no joke, at least for me. I am now learning to be a Christian and grow my relationship with Jesus Christ, because what I experienced, and researched only points to one thing. "Aliens" are demons/fallen angels. Plus I think there are no "angelic aliens", angels are under the command of god only, and I doubt you would ever see one, plus they could actually be a demon in disguise.

Maybe I didn’t explain it well but I have seen things, it’s not just based on a “feeling”. You have not gone through what I and others have went through, but not all of us are crazy or lying. Heck, I don’t even want to believe what I saw was a demon, or demons trying to trick me. I want to believe that it was a figment of the imagination. Thinking that demons and fallen angels exist seems crazy these days, but as a new Christian, I am learning the bible in faith and believing in it. This is what I concluded to be true.
@Jeremy Lathem Also, to answer your question, I am most apt to believe in natural causes of sleep paralysis and hallucinations caused by brain chemistry. And certainly not everything is caused by demons that is bad. However, according to the bible, even you should agree since you are Christian that sometimes they are evil spirits.

This message is timely.......No matter when this aired! This sermon applies to today. We were just praying about authority at church and how the church needs to be there for people in need. Our churches need to step up and be there for those that are hurting. Praise God. The Bible truly has all of the answers. Always has. Praise God for His knowledge and truth. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever! We can not fear the contents of this teaching. Learn from this and follow up with the word of God. 2 Timothy 1:7 for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. A sweatless anointing! Dr Sumrall teaches such profound truth with such vigor, but no big hand towels or sweating like a goat which so many preachers display! I think it’s because he is speaking and not performing or entertaining!
I've seen Dr. Sumerall, wipe his head from perspiring before. I seen him do this! The anoiting of God is hot... especially this firey anoiting.

I remember in a little church that was just starting up in VA down near Langley AFB where we were stationed at...prob around 1982-83...I was a young bride of about 4 years; our pastor invited Pastor Summerall and he was such a truthful preacher of Gods Word!

I miss pastors like this! Those that preach and teach The Word, the entire Word and nothing but The Word and do so unapologetically. So many pastors now days only want to preach some politically correct, watered down milk toast sermon that is maybe 15 minutes long, might have only 1 or 2 verses in it and is basically a weekly sky scraper sermon basically consistently of 1 story on top of another story, on top of another story and so on.

My ex-wife from 20 years ago look me up and wanted to get back together. She said I treated her better than any other guy in her life. She asked me why did we get a divorce? I said what do you mean why? You were having an affair on me and you were open about it! She said she did not remember. I talked with her for about a week then she told me that 2 years ago she had a nervous breakdown and shut down for a complete year. She could not remember anything. Her family told her about me. After speaking with her for a week I found out ( She told me) she had 18 different voices living inside of her. They all talked to her and said things but she was the main voice. I knew something was going on with her. I had to let her go back home to her mother's house. I felt that the Lord did not want me to go through that for a very good reason! After I sent her home she met a guy 1 month later and married him.
It is true people, can & do have Spirits in them. We are in a spiritual warfare for your very soul! Praise God that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for us and can protect us if we accept him as our Lord and savior!

Woah, thank you for sharing that brother. We all need to be aware of this so we can protect ourselves and cast out demons in others. It's not multiple personalities. It's demon possession. Hopefully your ex wife is free from that and believes in Jesus Christ.
I also have an ex wife who I fully believe is a real witch active in witch craft. Obviously demon influenced. I'm now re married and away from her, however we had two children together. I'm fighting the good fight to get them out of that situation to be with me full time. My faith is in Jesus Christ and I know they will be delivered to me soon. Thank you for sharing about your ex. This training took place in 1984 and is it not amazing that it is more true for today than even then? The 1980's were the decade that sin and the devil took me to my deathbed, and Jesus showed up to heal me and give me a new life. And now I have opened my home to deliverance ministry - finally - know all along this was the most needed ministry in the whole Church in the West. The most reluctant part of the Church, sadly, but God is raising up saints "left and right", THIS year, mostly those younger than me...as most in my generation are too religious, too lazy, too bent on religious lies, doctrines of demons in the Church, or too demonized themselves. Lord Jesus, thank you for waking so many up and calling us to set precious people free!
