From the gate, I thought its a well-preserved castle. That gate must have been built with something else standing through the test of time. Always in awe every time I see how thick those walls are! What a painful way to die, starving to death. This was very creepy, and I love your sound effects and music. Have a great weekend ❤

Gosh, this is so beautiful! I love the medieval vine all around the gate and whole of the castle! Amazing that the gate stayed in such a good condition! It must have been like a real little Disney castle back in the times, it is such a gem!
Wouldn't it be just such a great thing if they rebuilt these places, to the full extent it has been once, restore the whole area, I think it would be amazing to see how it all looked like, not just models, but the real deal.
I mean this is a castle with a great history! But, until this happens, it is lovely to see - as always - through your lens guys. This is just stunning, amazing presentation too!

A wonderful castle complex that contains some interesting stories from its history. Interesting too that the original family still owns the castle and it's not be given to a heritage board.

Wow! Every time I think I’ve decided on a favorite featured castle you come up with one I love even more! There’s so much left intact, I’m amazed. The aerial views are stunning. I loved the haunted spirits that still walk the grounds from the guard whose devotion to duty keeps him still guarding the gates and the heartbreaking cries of the poor girl starved to death by her cruel jealous sister. The haunting tales seem well timed to the coming Halloween festivities. Once again I thank you and Brett for a wonderfully entertaining and historical walk through medieval days long past. 👍😊
