So glad to see the depth of the tour and his willingness to not shy away from any of your questions. I don't believe most manufacturers would be proud to show ever aspect of their work as he is. No wonder they have the best warranty.

I totally agree. I've read people's complaints about pricing, but to see the quality and care confirms to me it's really worth it. I'm even on a three to four month waiting list for delivery, but to see the quality it'll be worth it. The only thing that could make things better would be an invitation to pick my new machine up at the factory. But anticipation is still a great rush.

After watching a few videos, I just realized that you have your own channel..and I subscribed. The attention to detail that the company takes to the build is very impressive and a motivating factor for to purchase one. I am looking forward to seeing the line in person for the first time and meeting Doug at the Hershey show in a few weeks. I am hoping that you will have the 2023 or 2024 Ontour 2.2

Excellent excellent excellent vids!!! People need to see and know how things are done and what quality means. A rare look into what it takes to build a unit properly.

Hi Neil, when we said quality and reliability, that is the answer and PW is the perfect example of how a manufacturer who respect the clientele produce their units. Tks for sharing that video and see you next time.

The quality of a Pleasure Way unit is why they can give you a 5 year warranty. They are very expensive but you are getting the best and you are getting what you pay for

Neil, this video is very impressive to me. It's the next best thing to visiting the factory myself to watch my own van being built. I chose not to have the plastic molding painted, not because of looks, but living in Southern California, I seem to attract door dings. I'm very careful where I park but they seem to appear anyway. Black plastic is more of an insurance policy than anything else. The popup is a different matter. I love the matching paint. My question for Dean and You would be, is touch up available from PleasureWay? It seems three possibilities should be easy to handle. Good work Neil!

Hi, Neil! Always enjoy your videos -- thank you! Quick question regarding the clips that hold the side panels on. I have heard that water can leak around them, and so some people strongly recommend putting caulking on each one. Do you know if PW does this? Cheerio!

Neil, thanks for the quality videos. Do you know if Pleasure-Way does anything to shield the EMF radiation emitted from all of the electrical wirings to protect the occupants? I tested a new Travato I was considering purchasing but was astounded by the radiation coming up from the flooring and couldn't imagine having my feet in the high-radiation field while standing or sitting in the van. I also tested the amount carried on the wiring and it was about 10 times higher than emitted from an average house.

We're looking at a 2007 Pleasure Way 2500 and want to know how to make the front captains chairs swivel. I understand that they are an air cushions but there has to be some way to do this. Please help! Thanks in advance and and I have enjoyed watching you on youtube

Mr. Balthaser sir, Your company should be the "yard stick" the RV industry uses, IF they were ever interested in Quality construction!

    Hi Neil,
Would you know why no North American B class builder makes a family floor plan (2 double beds) which are so common in Europe?
Don’t they think young families are potential clients as well?

Neil good morning. Your parents spelled your name the same way my parents spelled my middle name. Isn’t it I before E except after C? Well that is not the purpose of this message LOL.
How long has Pleasure Way been doing this type of heat treating of the plastic? I don’t have enough money to buy a brand spanking new one even though I would like to but I would like to buy no leakier than 2016.
So my question is how long of a been doing some of these processes? I’d like a 5 inch thick roof and a 3 inch thick floor and the sound deadening Aspects and then I will add my own lithium batteries and solar panels etc. thanks and is it I before E except after C???
I’m not really sure if our mother’s knew??
    LoL
