I have a playlist called Grandpa John Walt Disney doppelganger as he looked so much like him and he used to take me to all the cinemas when there was disney for free (reels had to run the film just the same before or it jammed!!)well lucky me most had his friends from the TVM TV ex PBS Maltese main national channel OB and cameramen staff!! I saw Pinocchio and Dumbo in Sliema and Valletta as the film 🎥 has to play all day (even if the cinemas where closed!!) It's most wonderful how I can still recall the stale old perfumes of the fallen sticky popcorn and tacky old wooden seats most were broken!!The magic was still too overwhelming!!!
