Karl, I have been meaning to say…I had gotten the Deschutes 130 earlier this year…and recently purchased another for a friend to use cause it was on sale…seems they are being discontinued. What I really wanted to say is that I have raised myself up quite a bit on that seat. These boats are so stable that lifting myself up a few inches does nothing to hurt the stability but does make it even easier to paddle…easier on my shoulders. Paddling is less flat, too, and makes the yaw a little less. Thanks for all your vids…I watch ‘em all!
