how did i saw an ad when your channel has 9 subs, i thought to get monetized you need at least 1k+, by the way great contents, keep it up

Thank you for watching. I don‘t know for sure, but I think YT is showing the ads never the less, but as you said correctly I can‘t monetize it. So it is Win-Win for YT. The relevant thing is the length of the video I think. You must be over 10min that ads are shown I think, but that is just my personal assumption.

@@peter_hauer can you make a vid about how to make esp cam tracking software like in youtube videos, im wondering what software they use and how they code it, do you do coding and arduinos/raspberry too or making circuits and electric stuff only

@@peter_hauer by the way great job, you made 600 views and 22 subs in a day in a vid, ever took some times for me to get views xd

@@gappy500 Thank you. This Video really got going in the "...as a Hobby" Series. At the moment I try to release a Video every day, just to get started with my channel and I also have a lot of fun producing this short summaries.

@@gappy500 I did not had any intention to do such a Video. For detecting Objects I was most of the time using Ultrasonic Radar, that you can buy as Development-Boards. If you want to know more about the ESP CAM Topic just search for "ESP32 CAM OpenCV" there you will find a lot of Content even with the programming in for example python. OpenCV is a Framework that allows you to do image processing and computer vision in an accessible way. We have done some projects in courses in my studies with it, but since then I did not used it anymore. Good luck with that topic.

get an arduino starter kit and follow along with Paul McWhorters Arduino Lessons. Youll get electronics and programming knowledge

Can you recommended a books for electronic for adults

The Books I have are from O‘Reilly, RheinwerkVerlag (they were called GalileoComputing before the rename), Apress or Springer, but I can‘t recommend something in English. I used the websites mikrocontroller.net, arduino.cc, adafruit.com and fritzing.org a lot, but with English resources I can‘t really help you.

It depends on what you want to achieve. If you want to get the "serious stuff":
The Art of Electronics, it's an academic book, with a HUGE amount of informations, lots of (not so easy) exercises.
Requires a bit of math (basics of calculus). Anyway, contrary to lots of academic books, it's a fairly practical one if you don't want to go through the usual "physics of semiconductors" and spend more time calculating "holes" concentrations and electron motilities in P or N-doped semiconductors than building and analyzing circuits :-)
The recommended companion book "Learning The Art of Electronics" is more than helpful, provides lots practical "hands-on"/"workshop" sections.

I disagree on the idea of using lead-free solder. I think leaded solder is safe enough as long as one gets a fume extractor or work next to a opened window. Nevertheless, helpful vid. Thanks

With the lead solder its not the fumes(fumes are the flux burning off), but touching the solder that can be dangerous, so just wash hands after soldering and take care to not eat it (basically handle it like raw meat). Lead free solder on the other hand is safe-ish to touch but the flux can be more dangerous to inhale, as it needs more active flux.

If you go into this hobby with sense and understanding I think it won't be a problem anyway. We are also soldering relatively small amounts, so if you keep your space ventilated or build yourself a small fume extractor, so that it get's drawn away from your face it's good practice and not much extra effort.

    I love lead solder.
Unleaded solder makes me want to not solder anything. It removes all the fun.
