It was a dark period a while ago. I’m glad you made it out. Now we are back here in darkness again. Remember that pain? Yes, I do. You survived once, you can do it again. Now struggle on.
No one believed that I would live. Little did they know that I decided to live. Resilient has defined my life. I always push on even when most would give up. No way. Not me. I will move forward. Tears are ok. Tears never stopped me. Every day is a pain, fear, doubt...I always push on anyway.
Smaller example but I wrote 80 emails in an effort to find an internship at schools in the UK after my plan A failed (I needed to stay for 3 months in an English-speaking country as part of my studies). 70 schools did not reply, 9 replied but (kindly) rejected my application and one school replied positively; I was talking to the headteacher already one day after they sent their answer.

We pray to You for spiritual love. Spiritual love is strength. Don't forget this. When there is no spiritual love in the heart, there is weakness, intolerance, fear, no purpose, no direction to one's life. There is no foundation to one's life. When love for the Supreme Lord is there, confidence is there. There is purpose. There is tolerance. These are some of the fruits of love for the Supreme Lord. I cannot do it all by myself. I need some assistance on this human journey. A person should pray to the Supreme Lord for spiritual love, for His mercy upon us. That we can have His strength. We want spiritual strength, not physical strength.
Resilience, the ability to keep going despite the "no's" and the "set-backs". Great perspective in this video. I'm in the process of being resilient right now. Thank you!
