Training in South Carolina | Contrast Therapy | Speed Swimming

When I travel I have to find ways to train that are as productive as my usual routine. This time around, my training at Montage in Palmetto Bluff, SC might have been a step up from normal. A 33 yard pool, a spa with massage and contrast therapy, and catered food sure beats a Holiday Inn.
