5 finals there, it just shows how good of a clay player he is. Same goes for Nadal, 5 finals at Wimbledon it shows how good of a grass player he is. But wait, according to Federer fans Nadal is weak on grass as he has only 2 Wimbledon so Federer is weak on clay because he has only 1 title there.

Both are true ... in my opinion. Federer is inferior to the others on clay, mainly due to facing a very good Nadal in his prime, while Nadal is inferior on grass, due to playing a very good Federer in his prime (apart from 2008, when Federer was not at his best, and 2009 when Nadal didn't play) and prime Djokovic in 2011. 1 = 1 < 13 and 2 < 5 < 8, so the stats don't lie. As for M1000, Federer is way inferior on clay, and as there are none on grass, Wimbledon is the only appropriate metric for grass, where Nadal is inferior. They are weakER than the other 2 on those surfaces.

Fed had lots of success with B players but never beat NADAL ONCE AT FRENCH and only beat nadal 2 times on clay where Djoki beat nadal 8 times on clay and 2 times at french
