Awesome Sandra! I was looking at some high quality compression socks on Amazon today. I like the compression sock sleeve style without the foot. The ones that go around the ankle up to the knee for example. Would these serve the same purpose with circulation? I'm also 6'4" 215 lbs.with long calves and I like to workout. Thank you precious!
I personally have not tried compression sleeves but they are recommended for use during intense exercise and running to improve circulation and speed up recovery. Compression socks can do the same but also reduce swelling in the foot/ankle especially during travel and are recommended for preventing blood clots. It just depends what you are using the compression for. Hope this helps! ☺️
