@@HeroesBosses You're very welcome :D I'm actually learning how to paint miniatures myself starting tomorrow when my dnd set arrives. Just subbed, looking foward to the rest of your content !
I used an exacto knife (hobby knife) and cut along the bottom. As you go, wiggle the model a bit, and eventually the glue holding it down will let go and it just pops off. You usually don't have to cut much, if any, of the model itself.
Good job, I have some of these to paint.
Great paint job. VERY creepy looking spider!!
Thanks William!
Good results on the paint job and really like the accents to the base...good tutorial too...well done, buddy...Jim
Thanks a lot Jim :)
The spider is amazing but I'm more impressed with the homemade base thats crazy good.
Thank you! I really enjoy making custom bases.

Love that basework, plus the shiny eyes came out great.
Thank you! I was pretty happy with the eyes - they shimmer a bit in dim light with that bright silver underneath.

Wow, you're digging deep into the archives :D
Great Video and Spider looks amazing with that base. I am new to painting miniature how did you remove the base from the Spider. Thx
