super cute! I used to do bridal cards with a tux and Bride dress this way lg scallop oval for dress and rounds for her cleavage. I sold them in my hair salon and sold out of them all the time

Yes it is, I purchased it at their retirement sale some years ago. But, you really don't need it, they are just strips cut away from it.
